Your role:

As a Marketing Associate at Bizportal, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance TenderAlpha’s brand presence and market share. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of marketing trends.

How would a typical week look for you:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.)
  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing Executive, Sales Lead and CEO to create cohesive and successful marketing initiatives
  • Perform proactive search and lead qualification of potential customers
  • Assist in the management of digital platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Provide assistance before, during and after conferences
  • Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, including articles, landing pages, and other digital content
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and tools, proposing new ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
